  I'm at this place, like, 5 times a week & the cashiers are awesome. The only downside is the serious lack of gas pumps...many times there will be two or three cars lined up at the 2 pumps. If that's the case, then I go up the street to Speedway.

  Will is the man you're going to be dealing with at this company. He is going to be honest about the service he has to offer. In fact if it weren't for Will I would of let another loan company get away with lies about their products and services in turn costing me a great deal more money than I've invested with him. (Quicken loans was the company. Even though I believe they are good company I know I was lied to by the person I happened to be dealing with.) First > You're going to really like Will as a person. He's going to be you're friend through the whole process and be really funny, but seriously straight to the point. He isn't going to waste your time and annoy you talking on the phone, because he isn't afraid to cut a conversation short. You're busy and so is he, but he is going to 100% make sure you understand what you need to know and are comfortable. Finally> YOU WILL KNOW if you will be approved or not very quickly. HE HAS EXPERIENCE enough to know. even at a 620 credit score I was told by will " look I'm not going to waste my time or your time I'm telling you its more than likely I can approve. If i couldn't I'd say work on your score and try again in the future" If he can't he just won't do it, but if he can your process of getting a home will be on time. You won't be pissed off about incorrect closing costs either. I could go on, but if none of this matters to you that Will is basically an efficient person as well as the company then just know your going to have a low interest rate and close quickly.
